Cancellation Before Shipment

Due to inventory timing, some items may appear in stock but have already sold out. We apologize for any inconvenience.

In such cases, we will contact you and do our best to find a suitable alternative.

If a listed price contains an error, TAKARA JAPAN TOKYO reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 1 week of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

If the issue is caused by us, all costs will be covered by TAKARA JAPAN TOKYO.

Minor scratches or dents on outer packaging only are not eligible for a refund.

Returns due to personal preference are not accepted.

All return and refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis by our team.

Shipping & Customs

All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

TAKARA JAPAN TOKYO is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.

If an item is prohibited by the laws of the destination country, the customer is responsible for being aware of and complying with those regulations.

Loss or damage during shipping will be handled within the limits of the carrier's insurance only.

📦 Estimated delivery times are provided as a reference only. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.

Payment Policy

All prices are final at the time of order. No adjustments will be made due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.

In the event of fraudulent transactions or unauthorized chargebacks, TAKARA JAPAN TOKYO reserves the right to suspend the account and pursue legal action.

Orders suspected of being placed for resale or bulk purchasing purposes may be cancelled at our discretion.

By placing an order on our website, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.

⚖️ Any claims or disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
